Loss of quality when importing video to premiere pro

Hello 

I am very new to premiere pro and I've never really done any video editing before so I'm learning from scratch.

My problem is the following:

I have screen record a video from my Macbook pro and it is good quality on the mac however when I import to premiere pro is seems pixelized. I don't know what to do can anyone help me please

We're sorry about the poor experience. We can get this checked. Please send us a screenshot of the media properties as shown in Premiere Pro and a screenshot of the sequence settings. We're here to help, just need more info.
