Lost prproj files - help!

After updating, I lost a lot of projects. Is there anyway to recover? It's not on autosave, or anywhere - I searched. I deleted the old application.

All project files ends with .prproj

So, to search for all project files, make sure that all hard drives you use are connected and use any file explorer and search for *.prproj and make sure that it will search all hard drives in one go. Searching with several hard drives connected makes it easy to just search only one of them instead of all drives, so it is important to know how to search. Conslut the help file for the file explorer when in doubt.

The * will make sure to search for all .prproj files no matter what names they have.
