Hello, I was working on Minecraft video, i cutted the "happy moment" and "sad moment".

When i was editing the sad moment, i have to make the video Black and White, i was changing the lumetri color, it was black and white but its not the sad moment its ALL of my video turned into black and white, and the fx logo has redline below it.

are your sources from a screen recording program.  If so, the problem may be that they're variable frame rate

https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-issues-with-screen-recorded-footage-in-premiere-pro/...

use media info to see if the files are variable or constant frame rate

https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

if variable, use handbrake to convert to constant

https://handbrake.fr

and here's a tutorial how to do it

Are you apply the Lumetri effect to the entire clip or just the "sad moment" segment? You might want to try to make an adjustment layer that overlays only the "sad moment" and apply lumetri to that. Might make it easier to tell what it's being applied to.
