M1 Macbook Premiere Pro not showing the video move frames

I'm new to premiere. But basically, I took a screen recording on my iPhone. It looks good and shows the whole video. When I airdropped it, it also shows the video on my M1 Macbook Pro. 

However, when I imported the clip. I sometimes see text in a foreign language over a yellow clip in the preview. Anyway, when I view the video in the source monitor or program monitor,  I see a still of my video, but it isn't showing the actualvideo playing (just a still). 

Does anyone have any ideas why this may be and how to fix it?

In case it matters, I wanna add that the video is a .mov file.
