M1 macbook pro and Intel Macbook pro - Transferring/working on projects

Are there issues if a project is done on Apple silicon MacBook Pro vs an Intel MacBook Pro where the project would be transferred from one editor working on a Native M1 Premiere version and another working on the Intel version (and vice versa)?

new technology is often called "bleeding edge" for a reason.  in my opinion, early times to work with premiere on a M1 mac...  bwdik
