Hello,

When i try to apply Magic Bullet Looks, PP crashes with the following message :

Debug Event :

[...\...\src\component\componentfactory.cpp-109]

and then it shutdowns PP.

I'm using PP CC 2017

On the hardware side, i have :

Intel Core i7 3770

Nvidia GTX 770

8Go Memory

Note : I tried on After effect CC 2017 and Sony Vegas pro 14 and there are no problems

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Thanks for reading.

At this point, I would ...

1) re-install the Magic Bullet Looks (often with an update of PrPro, re-installing plugins is necessary)

If that doesn't work, I'd contact Red Giant to see if they've got ideas, and ... if no help there, file a bug report with the PrPro team ...

I already re-installed it multiple times, and with different versions. i'll try one more time just in case i did it wrong.

I'll send a bug report anyways, it could help.

Thank you for your answer.

LATEST

Had a similar issue recently and uninstalling and reinstalling via the Red Giant Application Manager (RGAM) app fixed the issue. Guessing it had to do with the update to Premiere I installed. According to the Application Mangager I had the latest version (v13). Only after the reinstall did it show the latest version installed (v14).
