Major issues when exporting.

So I am not new to premiere Pro but I am far from an export.

I fly drones and create content on your tube with drone footage.

I have recently started flying a drone recording in h.265.

I have created several videos in this format and it has all been perfectly fine.

Yesterday I created a new project, with some 4k & 5.7k footage at h.265 , and when exported using every single setting you can think of, I get unwatchable play back.

The video plays, music plays, animations plays, yet the clips only wither seem to show the first frame of each clip, or are playing at almost 1fps.

I have checked every single setting I can think of and searched for and I'm at a wits end now. I am almost close to completely reinstalling windows.

Has anyone ever had this issue and resolved it?

Cheers.

If using hardware encoding: turn that off. See how that goes.

Tried this. Other than the longer exporting time, it makes no difference.

I have also thrown just a single clip into a sequence with no effects or colour grading, and exported that, and I get the same results.

Try using Handbrake to re-encode the footage. Let us know if that helps so we can narrow down the issue
