So I have one huge clips, around 4 hours long. Then I cut the 'Highlights' and in the end I have a ~4 minute clips with lots and lots of small clips.

But because the long clips is several GB in memory I would like to export the small ones and use them instead, would mean several MB instead. Is there a way to do this?

I saw the option of File > Project Manager
But this exports the clips as a whole again. I want them as the short clips I cut.

I don't quite understand it to be honest. If I deleted the 'big clip' or in this case the master clips, the subclips are offline as well right? So I don't have the benefit of disk space saved?

Select all in timeline: Right click > Render and Replace.

That will give new clips in Project window and on hard drive.
