Media Browser and Avid Nexis

The Files on our Shared Storage (Nexis) keep refreshing every ten seconds in the Media Browser Panel. We don't know what to do. Our Shared Storage works fine with Media Composer & Resolve. We would finally like to switch to Premiere, because its the best tool for our daily business, but this behaviour seems to be very odd and irritating.
