Hi, I have the same problem.
My footage is stored at a external server. I run macOS Catalina Version 10.15.5 (19F101)
Adobe Premiere Version 14.2.0 (Build 47)
I have tried lots of stuff:
- Deleted unused Media Cache Files
- Tried to uncheck and re-check "Save .cfa and .pek media cache files..."
- Deleted Media Cache, Media Cache Files and Peak Files in Common Folder
- Re-installed Premiere Pro
- Tried to go back to earlier versions of Premiere Pro.
Nothing works...
Please help Adobe!

Hi, i got the same problem issued above.
With me it seems a problem with the location media browser is browsing. It is not refreshing with internal storage or HDD connected via USB. It is refreshing constantly while browsing network-storage.
Is there any fix to this?
