Media Cache & Scratch Mystery

Hello!

I just installed a 4TB Samsung internal SSD for Media Cache & Scratch files specifically to make my workflow run smoother. I set Premiere to reallocate all cache and scratch files to that new drive, however, upon reastarting Premiere, the files it's generating are still going to their original destinations on my OS drive. However, it is also generating those same files onto the new drive, so essentially, there are duplicates.I find this super weird and don't know why Premiere would do this, but I'm not too surprised to be honest. I'd like everything all media cache and scratch files to be exclusively on this new drive. How can I ensure this?
