Media Encoder is not responding to Premier Pro.

It was used well before my computer was initialized.

 

But after resetting and reinstalling the Premier and Media Encoder.

 

 

When you proxy a video file in the Premier, the media encoder runs. And there's no response.

 

When you create a proxy, the media encoder is enabled, but then nothing happens in the media encoder.
I tried many ways, but it didn't work out.

14.3.1 version. both
And export to media encoder also has no response.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work,try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
