Media pending crash

Ever since i got premiere ive had this problem, it works fine for 15 minutes then, it says media pending and crashes, and when i try to re load it even if i create a new project, it crashes after like 40 seconds, it does the exact same thing with rush. help

Dont use One Drive: use a regular hdd dedicated to video.
