merge clips into single timeline based on metadata

Dear all, 

I do have a database of clips shoot at different times of the day with different devices.

I would like to merge all of them into a single approx 24h video which reflects the exact time they were shoot.

Is there an option or a plugin to merge and sync multiple clips based on their metadata? 

What is the best approach to this kind of work?

If the clips have the correct timecode, you can simply put them all in one bin, select all and create a new multicam source sequence.
