Metalic text

I am trying to make metalic text in PP. There is a clip showing this but its for PP 2016. They use the Title properties and strokes, linear gradient etc. I dont find this tool in PP 2021 when using the text tool. Where can I find this?

Use the Essential Graphics Panel.

I can see now that there are more parameters available if I use the Title editor, inner outer strokes, edges etc. so I can not find these in the essentlial graphics editor?
