Hi all, I'm looking for a way to add audio to an MXF video file without compromising the quality of the video file at all. I've been syncing the video and audio in a timeline in Premiere Pro v 14.6. My hope was that a "MXF OP1a" format with Preset "Match Source (ReWrap)" would work, but I am getting an error about that preset not functioning. Any ideas or work arounds? Thanks! Ben

What is the codec inside of MXF video file? DNxHD?

I'm not sure, how might I found out? Here are the file details that I can pull up under properties in Premiere:
MXF File details:
Wrapper type: MXF OP1a (type: SingleItem SinglePackage MultiTrack Stream Internal)
File generated by: Sony, Mem (2.00)
AVC Long GOP High 4:2:2 Profile 10-bit Unconstrained Coding
Bitstream Format: Sony
Class 50

Afaik, Premiere Pro does not support smart rendering for any AVC Long GOP codecs:

But it's doable via 3rd party tools. Assuming separate audio file is already synchronized, you just remux both into the single file. Look for Shutter Encoder or ffmpeg
