Missing parts from timeline

I need help with an error I'm facing, I have this whole edited sequence and as I zoomed out of the timeline I noticed chunks of the timeline such as footage missing! I'm hoping there's a way to resolve or restore what was once there in the big gap!

This is what iterative saves/save-as are for, btw. One of the editing steps I learned the hard way myself.

If you've saved versions, go back. Also, you could go through your auto-saves if you have that enabled.
