Missing Sequence

Hi Adobe community - hoping someone can help me.  I basically lost a project when my computer crashed and signed me out of my adobe suites, I found the project in my autosaves folder,  when I open it I have to re connect some files - annoyingly I deleted some photos when doing a mac clean up - thats okay, easily found and replaced BUT  when it opens the sequence has gone. How do I find it again?
