Modify Clip Window is too Big and has no Okay Button

I'm on a Windows 10 computer with 1920 x 1080 resolution. The Modify Clip has no okay button and is too big for the screen despite my resolution far exceeding the minimum.2021-03-03.png

Premiere really works best at 100%, 150%, and 200%, but can be wonky at times with the 25/75% settings. And yea, it's got a fairly small font so a lot of users want their screen size up to get it more readable.

 

Gives you a bit of a conundrum at times. Sigh.
