mogrt not loading when opened on a different machine

Hi, I have created some MOGRTs which work fine, untill I open on a different machine. The MORGTs are installed on both machine and both have latest versions of AE and PR. Here is a link to where I have my MORGTs installed on my machines. Any ideas of how i can fix this.

Also attached a file of what the error looks like when I open the PR project, the text transition is frozen.
