mogrt won't download but Premiere Pro is up to date

I'm trying to download a mogrt that I exported from After Effects, but everytime I try I am promted with an instalation failed error. I says that my Premiere Pro needs to be updated but all my creative cloud applictaions are up to date.

Current version is 15.2. Hence the error message.
