Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer's site.

Hi,

Hi blanc.rom,

Sorry for the trouble. What are the system specs(OS version, RAM, GPU, CPU)?

What is the exact dot version of Premiere Pro? Steps: FAQ: How to find the exact version of Premiere Pro you're using?

Is there any specific action that triggers the crash? Please elaborate the issue.

Thanks,

Vidya

SAZKA,

Check out the heating in your case and see if your components might be overheating or if you have sufficient power running to your PC. I know it can get hot in France and other French speaking countries. Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin
