I'm using Premiere Pro v.14.3.1, and I'm working with a program that has multiple audio channels. However, I can't hear the audio coming out of Ch. 3 or Ch. 4, only Ch. 1 and Ch. 2 are audible. I have tried changing a number of settings with no avail. Do you have any idea about this?

I finally figured this out by myself. In order to hear source audio from tracks other than Ch 1 and 2, I had to change the Edit Preference Audio setting by clicking the check box that said Sum multichannel ouputs to mono in Source Monitor.

What are the outputs for those channels set to? And how do you have your audio hardware set? Screen grabs of your Preferences/Audio Hardware panel, the audio channels settings for that sequence ... things like that would help.

Thank you for your response. I just like to clarify that I can't hear Ch.3 and Ch.4 from both the Source Media and Seq. Here are a couple of the screen grabs:

The following is the Info requested. I've exported it from the Media info treeview. I think the audio issue may have more to do with the Premiere Pro's settings because I can't hear Ch 3 and 4 from neither the source nor seq, and this happens to more than one files that I imported:
