Keyframes work perfectly in 14.0.8.39.

You need solve this: FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences.

Or show screenshot of what you are doing.

Sorry, i did what Ann told, but it didn't work.

There comes a point where I change the keyframe value and no changes happen.

Please take a look to the video attached.

Ann asked because in order for anyone of us to see your clip, we have to download a 'strange' file onto our computer. Not that many are totally comfortable with that. So for still images, you can often drag/drop onto the reply box text area. But video clips need to be uploaded to the web somewhere, with a link to the clip inserted in the reply.

Often Youtube or Vimeo, but others may work as well.

I did watch your clip. It took a few run throughs just to be able to establish you were using the Program monitor. That's necessary to know because there's several other monitors in Premiere that are not normally "attached" to the timeline panel. I've seen things where someone had say a clip in the Source monitor that wasn't changing ... well, no, because the ECP works with the Timeline panel/Program monitor.

Other than that, I can't replicate this with either my desktop or laptop computers. Which leave us back at the general troubleshooting things for Premiere ... dump the cache/cache-database files, relaunch Premiere.

Or Trash Preferences and then relaunch Premiere.

And of course, other than Kevin and some of his staffers, the rest of us here are all volunteers ... other users like yourself, willing to try and help our peers.

I just did a bunch of keyframe work yesterday. Without troubles.

So ... no clue why it's not working for you. And the way your phone video jumps around, I can't really see much.

Screen grabs would be as or more useful ...
