What is the media, what created it, and how are you importing? Drag/drop from finder/explorer, right-click in the project panel, or media browser?

I made a video with QuickTime from the webcam. I imported by drag and
dropping and by the menu. I tried to convert to mp4 with Adobe rush but it
didn’t work --
