Move clip to another track at the same time

I want to move video and audio in one step from the first track to the second. I have to first drag the video up, then the audio down. Is it possible to do this in one step?

Move video up, dont let go of the mouse and hold down ctrl+shift then drag audio down.

Select either video or audio: hold down alt + arrow up/down.
