MP4 Video Imports non-Audio Only

I Recently shot a 4K 60p video on the Canon 1DX Mark 3 and when I tried to import the files, only the files without Audio were imported. When I try to import files with Audio (internal recording) , a window pops up which says "importing files" , but it doesnt import.

Please provide system info, Pr version and a sample of your footage.

just found out, that if I remove the Audio from the Video - im able to import the Video only. But I still need it with Audio.

The Audio is an Apple MPEG-4 format.

Pr Version 14.8.0 

What do mean by System Info ?

my Computers system Info is; MacPro, 16GB, intel core  i7, AMD Radeon pro 5300 4GB. Version 10.15.7

1. Examine the files that won't import with MediaInfo. Use the tree view and post a screenshot of the results here, please.
