msvcp110.DLL/ Uninstalled and now want launch

Hey Everyone,

I recently got the msvcp110.DLL error, so I updated everything in my creative cloud, still no joy. So I uninstalled prem pro and reinstalled it, now it won't launch from the creative cloud menu. Hoping for help as I have a client waiting on projects.
