MSVCP110 missing

Hello I have a problem with all adobe software. They tell me that they are missing MSVCP110.dll & MSVCR110.dll

I already installed VCRedist, but it was not enough.

How can I use the software ?

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help

Try updating Windows.

If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall Windows and its updates.

I just updated windows but the problem persists. And I can't reinstall Windows have you got another solution?

Apparently, you need an earlier version "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4" to fix the problem. It worked for me while the latest one didn't.
