Multiclip Question - Nests vs. Individual Clip

I'm working with a simple 2 camera multiclip.  Since I want access to the multiclip in the timeline, I choose to nest the source sequence.  The problem is that it forces me to nest audio too, which wouldn't be so bad except it will not show waveforms for nested audio as a sequence.   I really want a method that allows me to nest the multi-cam video but edit the multiple audio channels in as a source simultaneously, rather than in 2 steps.

I realize this is probably impossible but just asking to see if someone had a stroke of genius.  Adobe, if you are listening, it would be a big time saver.

Thanks,

Tony

Hi, if you want to nest only a video source, select the indivudual clip and unlink it. You can now nest your video footage and keep your initial audiotrack.
