muted clip

i am editing a video right now and the music got muted.. i even tried to delete it and drag it again into premire but its still not working...
its look like that 

the music thats not working is the green one

and the blue one is working fine

Would need to also see the control header block, the left end of the timeline panel with all the controls. It may be you've muted those tracks, among other things.

Try Sequence > Render audio

and make sure you haven't solo'ed another track.
