like I said it crashes my adobe premiere loses all the progress I did then just freezes my computer and the only way to turn it off is by pulling the plug on my power supply.

Maybe you need to reinstall? Or a clean install of Windows or whatever you are doing?

Also worth looking at the pinned post about Nvidia Studio Drivers. If you have an Nvidia GPU, you don't want to be using the latest Game Ready drivers.
