I have tried to enable all options in the lumetri scope window, but it is always empty. What can I do, any tips?

Ocassionally the Lumetri scopes panel displays nothing for me (on Mac) but it tends to work if I return to the sequence and move the timeline indicator to a different frame in the same shot. After that it's fine.

Also try using a different workspace or resetting the workspace you are currently using - might help.

more than likely your system does not meet minimum specs for premiere 2020 assuming you are working in that version.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card

and here are the minimum specs

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html

This has been reported before and I've seen this issue on a 2009 MacPro.  Other than this issue, I can work on the MacPro, but if I need the lumetri scopes I work in Premiere Pro 2019 which is still available from adobe (earlier versions are no longer available but I still have 2017 and 18 installed on that system).  If I'm stuck in 2020, I'll usually just move over to davinci resolve for color correction which I think has a better interface for color correction than premiere anyway...
