My Premiere pro keep crashing whenever I open the app

My premeire pro app keep crashing when I try to open the app. I have tried all solutions available in adobe forum to fix the problem, but to no avail. I have also tried to contact live support, but couldn´t find anyone on adobe website. It is frustrating not to be getting help especially when there are projects deadlines. Please can anyone help here with the crash problem? Whenever it crashes files are always created on my desktop. I am using the follow spec of MSI - M​SI GT75 8RG-049NE i7-8750H 17.3inch FHD 16GB DRR4 256GB NVMe SSD + 1TB GTX 1080 8GB W10H

Have you tried resetting Premiere preferences?
