My Uploaded Font Is Not Synching To My Cloud

I need to use a specific font for my video which is not on Adobe Typekit. I uploded the necessary fonts to my Creative Cloud Desktop, I've double checked that it's the right file type and that there are issues regarding usage rights. The problem is that the font does not want to sync to the cloud at all even though it's installed.

I've activated and reactivated my fonts several times and it doesn't change anything.

Can anyone suggest why my uploaded fonts aren't synching to my cloud?
