So I just got into video editing and I got premiere pro. When I started the video it seemed very normal until my videos were playing back and forth continuously. It is very hard to edit on and if anyone knows how to fix this please help 🙏🏻.

Convert your video using Handbrake before importing into Premiere. It seems like it has variable frame rate and it needs to be constant.

There is nothing wrong with my clips it is just Adobe itself that is causing this. Any other solutions??
