I have a three part video.  What can I do to navigate directly between the chapter beginnings and beginning/end of the video?

Are you looking for a viewer interactive choice?

If so, this can be done in Encore or another authoring program if creating a DVD or Blu-Ray.

If that's not what you mean, please explain further.

Yes I would like the viewer choice option; but I’m not putting this on A disk, just sending some friends a video with several parts. Is there an option in Premiere that can accomplish this.
I have looked on you-tube for a video; but didn’t find anything that looked like an answer to this. I appreciate your help.

I have never done this, but I THINK I read a previous message... so IF I remember correctly

Look in the PPro help file to find out how to set chapter markers before you export your file

Then find a video player that will actually USE those chapter markers
