Need access to Premiere versions prior to 2020

Hey folks,

Anyone had any luck downloading Premiere versions prior to 2020? The earliest available is 14.0., but the team I'm working with has been sticking to 13.1.5 for stability. I'm not sure I can convince a team of 50+ to turn on a dime in the middle of the week, so help would be appreciated!

Due to Adobe's "n+1" policy, meaning the current version (at this moment, 15.x) and one earlier ... at the current time, 14.x. They often only leave the last version of the last version up ... so it might be 14.9.

I always leave the old versions installed when adding new ones ... so up until my recent computer change I had back to 2015.3 and SpeedGrade still usable. But of course, the new machine can't use them.
