Need help fast on premier pro

My boss asked me to have 7 different faculty members record a speech on zoom and email it to me to put together. I asked them to all record with a white background and no body listened. I don't want to ask them to record again and I didn't use a green screen either. How can I edit each video to have each recording showing the same background in each video.
