Need help finding timeline

So I was attempting to open a month old project I had been editing. Each time i've opened this project the timeline and project folder loaded normally...then all of a sudden the project folders will load with the content that was on the timeline...but no timeline of clips from the old project. Did I misplace my timeline in another folder? What might have happened that or what could i do to possibly recover my timeline for these projects?

you might try an autosave version of the project.  And if you know what you named the missing sequence, you can search the project.
