Is there a way to  have an adjustment layer apply it's effects throught a Nested Sequence or Sub-Sequence? I'm trying to make a preset of some sort that has rain effect & sad music and a monochrome effect that I can apply to a video with 1 click. Presets from "Effects" can't have video/music attachments from what I know and neither nested nor sub-sequence work. I know I can do this in 2 steps with a subsequence and a preset, but  I'm wondering if there's a faster way. Is there a way to do this in premiere or in any other program? Do I need to learn scripting to make it work?

This is more of an fx thing ... you might be able to do so in AfterEffects.
