New Mac MIni w/ M1 chip - no longer reads files imported directly from Photoshop

On my current project, I was editing on a 2015 MacBook Pro.  I just upgraded to a Mac Mini with M1 chip and am working on this same project via Rosetta 2.  The project is being run off Team Projects, hosted in the cloud.

Previously, while working on my laptop, I directly imported .psd files from Photoshop into the project and everything worked fine.  Now, on the Mac Mini, it can't read those files.  When I go into "Media Management" to see if everything is mapped correctly, I see an error message under the "Status" column that reads "Offline: Importer Missing".

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Note:  I'm using Premiere Pro 2020 both on my laptop and on the new Mac Mini.

P.S.  The external harddrive hangs up occasionally, but that's a different issue.
