No Abre ni arranca Premiere ni aftter effecs

Desde que se actualizó a la nueva versión no me abre ... se queda cargando los plugins y en especial se queda congelado cuando va en el de AEXD.aex ¿A alguien le pasa? Ya traté de hacer muchas cosas como desisntalar, volver a instalar , quitar esta version y poner la antigua y aun asi no se puede. ¿Qué puedo hacer? llevo mas de 3 dias intentando y sigue igual.  HELP!!

updates often require better hardware.  does your system meet minimum specs

and it's possible you have a plug-in installed that's not compatible with the new version.  do some googling to find out where premiere and aftereffects store plugins or you might check out digital rebellion's plug in manager (if you've got a mac) https://www.digitalrebellion.com/promaintenance/  I'm pretty sure there's a free trial...

And if you're having problems with the new version, revert to the previous version that was working, at least til we can work this out.

Mi equipo es un Ryzen 7 con tarjeta de graficos Radeon vega, 16 gb en ram y disco solido . No creo que tenga problemas con eso. Llevo todo el mes pagando y no he podido iniciar ni solucionarlo . ¿Como puedo buscar lo que me comenta en youtube?

don't know if you'll find the info you need on youtube.  First thing I'd do is find the plug-in and move it out of the folder where it resides.  Search here or on google for "where does premiere store 3rd party plug-ins."   You can also revert to the previous version of Premiere so you can get back to work.  you can access previous versions from 2019 and 2020 in the creative cloud app.
