No audio during pre-roll

Hello,

I'm using Premiere Pro v.14.7.0 (build 23).

I have no audio during the pre-roll when I try to record a voice-over. I have no problem hearing the audio when I just play the timeline.

Other strange behaviors:

1) if I add an mp3 in another audio track, I can hear this track.

2) If I put this mp3 in the same track as the one I'm trying to record, I cannot hear it any more.

3) If I put a wav file from some voice-over I've just recorder in another track (exactly same as 1, except this is the recorded wav and not the mp3), I cannot hear the wav file.

I've searched if someone already had this problem, but to no avail.
