No audio in Premier. Sounds on all other parts of the PC

Hi Adobe,

Audio Help - No Audio is playing in Premier 14.3.1 in my sequence, despite it showing up on the levels on the mixer in premier but not on the PC Mixer and all other Audio is working fine on my PC. Any ideas on how to fix? is it a bug?

Also had following other issues 

MME Device internal error but I think that was fixed by enabling the mic in windows setting.
It also seems I have no Audio on After effects too. which is also the latest version.

Please let me know if this is a bug or something I'm doing wrong.

Please make a screen grab of your audio hardware settings in the Audio Hardware preferences tab, then drag/drop that directly into the text area of your reply so that we can see it without needing to download strange files.
