I have Windows 10 pro N and Ryzen 5 pro 4650G

Installation was good but when I open the application I get the following error:

Could be because you're using a "N version" of Windows, which is fairly limited in its multimedia functionality. It's just a guess, however.

Try installing the "Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10" and see if that fixes it:
