No option to place points when Time Remapping?

Using 14.3.2 on a Mac with 60fps clips interpreted to 23.976 in my sequence,  I want to speed ramp some clips.

I select a clip, right click > show clip keyframes > Time Remapping > Speed

The horizontal bar appears

1. When I right click on the horizontal bar it just brings up the right menu options

2. When I use the Pen to try and place points on the bar it doesnt do anything, it never places points.

I have tried with three clips What am I doing wrong?

Its a drawing bug: update to 14.4.0
