No shortcuts in Premiere Pro 14.7

Hello! I recently downloaded the newest version of Premiere Pro (14.7) and no shortcuts seem to be working. Going to Premiere Pro > Keyboard Shorcuts...  displays a grey keyboard, meaning no shortcuts set? (see screenshot)

I realise that this is a common question, but I havent found a solution that worked yet. I have already tried reseting my preferences and changing my primary language to English US, as I noticed that that has worked for some.

Shortcuts not working seemed to be a known bug in the previous version, but was supposed to be fixed in this one.

I am using a Macbook Pro 2019, OS Big Sur OS 11.1 and Premiere Pro 14.7.

Thank you!

maybe try reverting to the previous version of premiere?  Is this a new computer or did you update to bigsur?  If you updated, maybe not the smartest move...  I always create a bootable clone of my startup drive before doing any OS updates so I can revert easily if necessary.  I use something called carboncopycloner which is great but not sure if it's working with the latests macs.    You might do a search for .kys files on your system and make there are some in the appropriate folder for the this version of premiere...  if not, try moving some there...  also, make sure you have permissions for these folders...

I updated to Big Sur... will remember to be more cautious next time. I reverted to the previous version – still no shortcuts. I also cannot find any Premiere-related .kys files on my computer, could anyone where they should be? Thanks.
