No video at all in Pr

Hi all 

I have a BIG problem. 
There is no video at all in my Pr.  Neither in source or program monitor. The audio is working fine. 

(This is not a source patching problem) 
It is on all kind of file types! .MOV .avi .mp4 aso. Even older projects that used to work, doesn't. 😞 
I have tried: 
Updating Pr (and even about 4 older versions as well)

Reinstalling Pr 

Updating all graphic drivers

Updatign all codecs 

installing quicktime (long shot) 
Deleting quicktime again 🙂 

and alot of other stuff.. 

The funny part... haha ... the video files works in Adobe Media Encoder ???? And all of the different media players

Well. My System/OS:
Windows 10 

i7 - 64GB - GTX1080 - All files are on a internal SSD

I'm on a deadline here, so all help is truly appreciated

Such as? Usually this is not a good idea.

Which graphic card driver?
