No video in program panel

I closed the program panel and when I brought it back, I am unable to see the video playback. I can hear the audio. Not sure how to get out of this state.

Have you tried closing, rebooting, and opening the project?

That ... or the old pair of standbys for many odd behaviors:

Delete/Trash Media/cache files

Trash Preferences
